These are the general terms and conditions of WILLEM MÜCHER. These apply to the agreement that WILLEM MÜCHER /Animove concludes with you.

We have the right to change these terms and conditions. You agree that the latest version of these general terms and conditions will always apply to the products/services.
Article 1 - Services
WILLEM MÜCHER
Sells private training and online training / provides live and online training about water and health.
Article 2 – Conditions of participation
Both private individuals and entrepreneurs can use Willem's products. In the training courses we share knowledge, experiences and tools. In addition to following the training, you should reserve sufficient time for implementing the assignments. The success of the training depends on your own time and energy investment and we cannot guarantee any results.
After a lecture about water you can use pure and natural water for free for a week to test what it does to your body.
Article 3 – Personal data
You must register to order a product and must provide us with your personal information. You must fill in this personal information truthfully and it must be up to date. We protect your personal data well; see also the Privacy Policy on our website. You are responsible for any misuse of your account (for example: incorrect data when you place an order with us).
Article 4 - Payment
The price of the products is indicated in our webshop. Payment is made in one go, unless stated otherwise. You can pay in our webshop with Credit card, Ideal, Bancontact (if applicable) or Paypal.
Article 5
- Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if that damage was caused by our intent, gross negligence or willful recklessness. Your right to compensation will in any case not exceed the amount of the ordered and paid product. In the event of an attributable failure, you must first give us written notice of default, within a reasonable period of time, so that we are able to fulfill our obligations, or to correct any errors, or to limit or eliminate damage.

We protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can consult our Privacy Policy for more information.
Article 7
- Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, word marks) on our texts, photos, images and other materials are our property (or are managed by us with the permission of the rightful owner). During and after the program you can use the materials for your own use. It is not allowed to share this with third parties, unless we have given written permission for this.

It is not permitted to sell the acquired knowledge commercially or to copy it to your own
program, unless we have given written permission for this.
Article 8
- Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with one of the products or a part thereof, we would like to hear from you. Send your complaint as quickly as possible and described as fully as possible to willem@willemmucher.com.
Complaints must be reported to us within 14 days of following the program component. If you report the complaint later, you are no longer entitled to repair, replacement or compensation.
We will handle your complaint as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after we have received your complaint. If it takes longer to settle the complaint, you will receive a notification of receipt of the complaint within 14 days and an indication of when you can expect a substantive answer. If we are unable to resolve the complaint between ourselves, a dispute will arise that falls under the dispute settlement procedure.

- Disputes
In the event of any disputes, we will always first try to resolve the dispute among ourselves before submitting the dispute to the court. If we cannot come to an agreement between ourselves, we will submit disputes to the court.
Article 10
- Law
Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and the agreements that we conclude with you.

Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. How long do we keep personal data

Willem Mücher does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following different retention periods:

Personal data:

We delete name, address, telephone number and e-mail 5 years after our last contact.

E-mail: E-mail older than 2 years will be deleted unless it is still relevant for the execution of an agreement or for solving a dispute.

Invoices and quotations: Invoices and quotations are deleted after the statutory retention period of 7 years. Until then, your data will remain in our billing system.

Newsletter: You can remove your data from our newsletter system at any time.

Of course you always have the right to request us to delete your data. See also the heading “View, modify or delete data”.

Sharing of personal data with third parties

Willem Mücher does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Willem Mücher remains responsible for these processing operations. Willem Mücher uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies, also for Facebook advertisements.
