Everything is going pretty well. Your career, family circumstances, your possible relationship, your social circle, your financial situation, your home and environment. Yet it feels like something is missing: Is this it? Am I doing well? There's a lot of stress going on!

Because you learn to recognize your subconscious patterns, you break through limiting behavioral patterns that still prevent you from achieving your life goals. We are in favor of scientific explanations and are aware that these fall short on issues such as life and death. Philosophy, esotericism, theology, psychology, sociology etc each have their own story and our body also has its own intelligence.
That is why a balance between head, heart and body is a common thread through our approach and we try to use them as much as possible in all activities at the same time, such as you can do the administration while walking quietly on a conveyor belt. Some people can concentrate for a longer period of time while moving than sitting.
All 3 work in mutual direction. Just as you can get neck and back pain from mental stress, a physical therapist can relieve your stress by massaging the sore spot. This way you learn to recognize the necessary physical signals as a warning or harbinger of specific mental points to bring to your attention.

Our Animove approach helps you in 6 specific modules in a very calm and scientifically substantiated way to gain deeper insight and understanding of your own feelings and behavioral patterns. Sometimes they were unconscious until then.
The tool we use for this is sport, so you are consciously pulled “out of the box”. We adapt the exercises on the spot to our own ability. It doesn't matter if you've been inactive for 30 years or are a National Champion Calisthenics.
The exercises are also linked to an emotion, so that you will remember the lesson learned forever. Are you really not into sports at all? We also think "out of the box" and have successfully applied the necessary alternatives!

Frequently Asked Questions
Coaching always starts with a non-binding introduction face to face or via skype. If there is a 'click', we make an appointment for an intake. You will receive a few (practical) tips that you can use right away. A longer customized route is always possible.
A basic course consists of 6 modules of 1.5 hours in which we usually achieve the objective of the course. However, if a longer process is required, this can of course be done in consultation. The starting point is that you will achieve your objective(s)! The Animove 6 modules cover the following topics:

Coaching is a liberal profession. This means that everyone can call themselves a coach. So always inquire about someone's background and education. Some coaches only focus on skills. The question is to what extent this produces lasting results. You can teach someone to say 'no', but if someone is afraid of rejection, they won't say it often.
So look for a coach who has the training and experience to work beneath the surface. At the same time, be careful that coaching does not become therapy. Coaching takes place in the here and now and is aimed at the workplace.
Apart from these criteria, the best coach is the coach that the coachee feels a connection with and has confidence in. You can be as experienced and successful as a coach, if the coachee does not feel a click or trust, the collaboration is doomed to fail.
However, we think that we have 2 important assets in our approach: the enormous life experience of our coaches and that experiential learning and not just talk lead to lasting change.
There is a well-known anecdote of a fish asking other fish, "Say, can you tell me where the ocean is?" “You're swimming in it,” the other fish reply. “But this is just water!” replies the fish.
What does this fish need to understand that it is already in the ocean? By continuing to talk to the other fish or when the other fish go out with him in the endless ocean? We've all been that fish at some point in our lives and it's wonderful when someone just has to give us that one push to become aware of that ocean.
The exercises are designed in such a way that you will 'awaken'. We then jointly make an analysis in full equivalence. By mainly asking questions in response to what we have observed as a coach, we work without judgment.
We have explained this earlier on the basis of experiential theory. A tough but clear example: mother can warn son Max every time not to get his hands on the hot stove, but only as soon as he really burns his hands has he learned a lesson that he will never forget. We perform the exercises in a safe setting and after an extensive intake.
We believe more in 'developing' than in 'changing'. "Know thyself" is the key to development. 95% of our behavior is unconscious and automatic. Fortunately, otherwise we would go crazy and drain ourselves completely with our own energy.
A coachee develops awareness through which he recognizes and recognizes difficult situations and learns to stand still for 1 second and consciously choose his behavior (against his pattern). The coachee does not become a different person but gets to know himself with all the pluses and minuses. He/she learns to exploit the pluses and to deal with the minuses by consciously choosing different behavior where necessary.
